Trying To Forget About What’s Past

I have been trying to be less of a worrier. Does no good to worry about what hasn’t happened yet. There’s a saying ‘The past is dead, the future doesn’t exist, right now is a gift–that’s why they call it ‘the present’. Anyway, the point of all this is that worrying about what you have or haven’t done, or shouldn’t have done, does no good. Just focusing on right now, or ‘inner space’, as Eckert Tolle calls it, keep you focused, and makes things just a little simpler.
