There have been many changes in my life lately:  health, career, spiritual path. I feel somewhat like a traveler on an uncharted path. I find during these times that meditation helps quiet my mind and allows me to see things more clearly. I equate these periods of ‘not knowing’ with Hexagram 29 of the I Ching. ‘The Abysmal’ When in doubt, do nothing, the next step will reveal itself naturally when the time is right.
