Lately I have begun getting into and studying ‘A Course in Miracles’.  It was first published in three volumes in June of 1976.It presupposes a huge shift in thinking. To explain the premise here authentically would take more time and computer memory than I have. To sum it up briefly, however: when you heal your mind, you receive the guidance and direction you need.

This week I have been doing some studying; reading books on healing (such as ‘A Course in Miracles’ (channeled material), and ‘A New Earth’ (by Eckhart Tolle). Both books speak volumes about healing the mind and mastering fear. One suggestion the latter makes, is to always add a positive thought each time one has a negative one. There is so much more. I am, however, becoming increasingly aware of how ones’ thoughts absolutely affect their ability to heal. Put succinctly: I can now see there is light at the end of my (self-imposed) tunnel. I eagerly await the continuation of this journey.
