I haven’t journaled for awhile because I’ve been changing. As I have been changing, the direction I am moving in is changing, as well. The way I’ve dealt with this, has been by stepping back and letting my sense of communication expand. I am in unchartered waters without an ore to navigate. The result? I am more open and more flexible than I every was before. I release preconceived notions about who Fredda is. This opens the space for rediscovering myself. finding myself in unchartered waters. I am beginning to find that there need to be some changes; I am just not sure what these changes need to be. The I-Ching always says that no action is best when one is unsure about what to do. So I am doing nothing. There’s enough going on right now, that I don’t need to do anything…so I won’t
